MIL-DTL-81772 THINNER

The thinner covered by this specification is intended for use in reducing aircraft coatings viscosity.

MIL-DTL-81772 Type I is a Polyurethane thinner:  for use with MIL-C-46168, MIL-PRF-85285

MIL-DTL-81772 Type II is an Epoxy thinner: for use with MILC-22750, MIL-PRF-22750, MIL-PRF-23377 and MIL-DTL-53022.

MIL-DTL-81772 Type III is an Acrylic and Alkyd thinner: for use with MIL-L-19537, MIL-L-19538, MIL-L-81352, and MIL-PRF-81352

MIL-DTL-81772 Type IV is a low VOC HAP Free Polyurethane and Epoxy thinner: for use with MIL-PRF-22750, MIL-PRF-23377, MIL-PRF-85285, MIL-DTL-53022, and MIL-DTL-53039
